Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.
- Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Personalized, made-to-order, or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States and to selected international destinations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions may be available during selected campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours before becoming available through the shipping carrier.
Handmade & Personalized Products
Many Wickora products are handcrafted or personalized after an order is placed.
Additional production time may apply to:

For event orders, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- High seasonal demand
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information
We appreciate your patience should these situations occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may be delayed or returned by the carrier.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building management, or the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or fulfillment location.
If applicable, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned because delivery could not be completed, any applicable return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays and major promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
We recommend placing holiday orders early whenever possible.
